Visit from Our Curious Neighbours
The Cows Are on the Move Again!
Around our Romantic Cabin and Firefly Cabin in beautiful Styria, you can truly experience nature in its purest form. Surrounded by meadows, babbling brooks, and ancient forest edges, our friendly neighbours – the cows from the nearby alpine pastures – regularly wander by.
Curious as they are, these gentle creatures sometimes come right up to the property to take a look at our guests – or to find a particularly tasty patch of grass.
To make sure the cows don’t wander too far, there’s a wooden gate at the entrance to our cabins. Please remember to close the gate every time you enter or leave the property. It helps protect both our guests and the animals – ensuring that no cow accidentally strays from its meadow.
The cows are a charming part of Styria’s alpine landscape and add a touch of authentic mountain life to your stay. When you enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning, you’ll often hear the gentle sound of cowbells ringing in the distance – a true sound of the Styrian countryside. And sometimes, if you’re lucky, one of them will stop, look your way, and almost seem to say “Hello there!”
A small but wonderful nature experience that makes your cabin holiday in Styria truly unforgettable.

Lukasz & Jeanette
